At the end of January 2025, our lease at 1094 E. Lake Street in Hanover Park, Illinois 60133 will end.  While sad, we are re-aligning our focus on the mission of Veterans Helping Veterans and the Programs that the Vetetans of Foreign Wars is known for:  

     Americanism

     Community Service

     Honor Guards

     Operation Airlift - Sends Packages to our troops that are far from home.

     Voice of Democracy & Patriot's Pen, themed essay contests for scholarships

     Homeless Veteran

     National Home

     And many other 

 

You will still see us at our Memorial Day weekend Poppy Drives to raise money for Veterans In Need around the community.  Or doing a Remembrance Flag raising at the Hoffman Estates P.D. Veterans Memorial the first Sunday of every month (Rain or shine), Color Guards at School or Children's events or Giving tours of the Memorial at the Streamwood Veterans Memorial.  Supporting the Kids @ hope Event with Hanover Park or behind the scenes doing fund raising for the Ronald McDonald House foundation
